Ali Lotfy, Al Ahly’s goalkeeper, said that the players did their best to win the CAF Super Cup title after 7 years of absence.

“We all promised to bring back the trophy which was absent for 7 years.”

Lotfy praised Mohamed El Shenawy, who had a fantastic game and made several key saves that kept Al Ahly’s net clean in the game.
